Mid-Week Temperature Check

Happy Hump day. If you’re like me, you’re counting down until Friday, even though 2 days isn’t nearly enough to rest. How about a mid-week temperature check. How do you feel right now? I think it’s important to ask yourself this, so you can make a conscious effort to change, if necessary. Normally, I’d be feeling all types of shitty, but not today. On Monday I made the decision to choose positive. To basically take this weight off my shoulders and believe that the universe will provide.

I believe in manifestation, but I also believe that I have these damn blocks, that are stopping me from living the life I want. I know that I am willing to do the work and that doesn’t scare me. But as soon as something is a bit off, I just down talk myself and talk myself out of any possible blessings that could be coming my way. I have got to stop that.

I’ve gotten the shit end so much that even tho I claim to want better, my internal wants doesn’t align. It’s as if a part of me has accepted that this is what life will be for me, so I don’t believe in all the good things that could happen. I don’t know if I’m making sense, lol, but hopefully you understand what I mean.

Basically, I’m just going to keep forcing myself to choose better. On Monday, each morning, I begin writing out my manifestation. At the end of the day, I write 3 things that I am grateful for. It’s baby steps, but I do feel like it’s been helping immensely and that things are going to start looking up. I’m not expert, but if you’re struggling like I am, maybe this little technique could help you as well.
Think of it as a daily check, to put things in perspective. If thats a bit too much, make Wednesday your mid week temperature check, and take inventory of what you have and what you could have.
